AI is already here—it’s just not very evenly distributed: Depending on the country, industry, department, age, and other factors, people use artificial intelligence not at all, rarely, frequently, or daily. The digital divide is widening into an AI divide. The purpose of an AI strategy is to build a bridge of AI literacy and fluency that enables AI immigrants to overcome the AI gap and become AI natives.
