CAS AI Management at HWZ
Here we go again: the new semester at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (HWZ) and with it the CAS course in AI Management. Incidentally, “CAS” stands for “Certificate of Advanced Studies,” making it clear that the lectures are for advanced students (experienced business managers, leaders, and executives): the lectures cover a broad range of topics in depth.
My topics as a lecturer are:
1️⃣ The first AI Organization – Data & AI Strategy: Why do you need a data & AI strategy? What is a good data & AI strategy? How do you design a successful data & AI strategy?
2️⃣ AI Projects – Ideation: Why should you choose your data & AI use cases wisely? What is a (good) use case? How do you identify, evaluate, and prioritize your use cases?
Although “lectures” is the wrong term: instead of boring theory, you can expect engaging exercises. Together, we will use the Datentreiber method and tools for Data & AI Business Design to develop a lean data & AI strategy and find our next best use case for data & AI.
The templates are available free of charge, of course—you can find them on my Miroverse profile.
Curious? All places are already taken for this semester (even though there are two parallel batches). But don’t worry: there will be another course in September, and information events will be held on the following dates: February 9, March 10, and April 9.
