The Datentreiber Strategy

We are happy to give you an insight into our strategy and thus also an outlook for the year 2026:

🗺️ Our situation is that consulting itself is being disrupted by AI, and our customers are facing economic instability, a significant lack of (time) resources, and high competitive pressure.

🛣️ Our mission is to empower our customers to train their employees in data & AI literacy and fluency, think a human-centred, value-oriented data & AI strategy and transform their organization into a data-driven, AI-powered business.

🚩 Our milestones for this year are: Data & AI Design Labs: A lightweight and interactive training format for quickly learning and applying new techniques & tools from the Data & AI Business Design Kit; “Design a Better Data & AI Business“: A collaborative book project to collect client success stories and to demonstrate use cases for the Datentreiber canvases; Data & AI Business Design Bench 2.0: extend the tool kit with Project Blueprints, AI Sidekicks and AI Flows.

🚧 Our guidelines are: Combine Team with Artificial Intelligence; Integrate human-centred workshops into AI-powered workflows; Move from punctual workshop facilitation to end-to-end workflow orchestration; Eat our own dog food (i.e. AI tools and templates); Co-create our Data & AI Business Design Library and Academy with our Community.
