A Playbook for Crafting AI Strategy

Already a few months old but still up to date: “A playbook for crafting AI strategy” by MIT Technology Review. 👇

I particularly like the following statements because they correspond to our experience:

💶 “AI is not cheap. A lot of our customers are shocked when they realize how much infrastructure they have to have to get the performance that they need.”
💧 “Organizations with high data liquidity—the ability to get the right data at the right time and place—will be most successful with AI.”
🛫 “The biggest factor holding back AI implementation is people not knowing where to start.”

Those are the three reasons why our Data & AI Business Design Method has three phases:

✔️ Business Understanding so that AI is also economically viable for the company.
✔️ User Understanding so that AI is also desired by the users.
✔️ Data Understanding so that AI is also feasible with the available data.
