Newsletter March: Collaborative AI

Generative AI, Agentic AI… what’s next? At Datentreiber, we believe it’s Collaborative AI. Because human creativity and empathy, combined with the analytical and synthetic power of AI, create an explosive mix that opens a endless space of business opportunities.

Finding one’s own destination and the right path in this vast space is the purpose of a data & AI strategy. AI also provides support when designing a strategy: it can analyze existing documents and extract their essence, identify problems and suggest potential solutions, and summarize and visualize results.

AI accelerates AI strategy.

But humans must remain in the lead, not just in the loop. They make the decisions. Or rather: the team make the choices. Because it takes more than just an AI engineer: it takes business domain experts, it takes people who understand customers, it takes privacy and security experts, and much more.

Great teams create great things.

TEAMS & TECHNOLOGY

That’s why we at Datentreiber are working on Collaborative AI and creating solutions so that people and AI can work together on a better data & AI business. Specifically: Georg, Benjamin and Martin are currently working on making the existing Miro tools & templates “AI Accelerated”:

AI Actions analyze your business model at the click of a button, for example, and identify relevant analytics & AI use cases.
AI Flows extract key information from briefings and summarize workshop results in tables, documents, and presentations.
AI Sidekicks advise you with our Data & AI Business Design expertise and assist with workshop facilitation and workflow orchestration.

Two Miroverse templates are already “AI Accelerated”:

🪄 AI4ME creates a personalized AI strategy for you and explains how you can use specific AI applications to achieve greater success in your career, business, sports, health, or finances.

🪄 Playing AI to Win the Business is a collaborative strategy game designed to help you explore the opportunities and risks of AI in a playful way. A short video on LinkedIn demonstrates how Miro AI assists during gameplay.

TRAININGS & LABS

As soon as the other templates are ready, we’ll also be launching our AI Labs: an interactive, engaging training format where you experience how to work better with AI and collaborate more effectively as a team to design, develop, and deliver great data & AI strategies and solutions.

At launch, there will be a limited number of spots available at a discounted price. Subscribe to our Luma calendar to be the first to know the dates and reserve a spot for yourself!

Of course, we continue to offer our intensive training sessions as 2-day offsite or 4 half-day online workshops. For beginners to our method and Data & AI Business Design toolkit, we recommend the Data & AI Design Thinking Training. If you already have experience with our canvases, the Data & AI Business Consulting Training will teach you how to plan and execute complex data & AI strategy projects.

You also have the chance to win a spot, as we’re giving away one ticket each month in a drawing among all community members. So join the Data & AI Business Design Community. Registration for the community is free.

By the way, congratulations to the winner for March: 🎁 Fabian Heidenstecker. We look forward to seeing you at one of the trainings or labs! 🎉

TOOLS & TEMPLATES

For the AI in Marketing conference we published two new free templates on Miroverse:

🛠️ “Lean Data & AI Marketing Strategy Workshop” is a specialized version of the popular “Lean Data & AI Strategy Workshop” template, tailored for AI in marketing.

🛠️ “Playing AI to Win the Marketing” is a version of the Miro game “Playing AI to Win the Business” that specializes in AI in marketing.

SLIDES & VIBES

If you missed our latest Lunch & Learn on “Strategy-as-Software” but would like to know how AI turns strategy slides into tailored strategy software that drives your company’s strategy design and execution, be sure to watch the recording:

Just how good AI has become at writing code is also demonstrated by two new Earthlets that we developed in a matter of minutes or hours using Talk2Earth.com, a vibe coding tool for Earth Intelligence that we implemented for the European Space Agency (ESA). For example, Benjamin wondered to what extent shipping traffic in the Strait of Hormuz had come to a standstill. Talk2Earth provided the answer to the question (aka prompt) within a few seconds:

CONTENT & COMMUNITY

We’re thrilled to see the Data & AI Business Design Community growing. Benjamin is currently working on a few improvements to the monthly and weekly newsletters, the registration process, integration with Luma, and many other aspects. Please let us know what ideas you have for making the community even better and what kind of content you’d like to see here. Thank you all! 🙏

A Love Story: Miro+Lovable

I saw it for the first time in New York at Miro’s Canvas 25 conference: a Miro board was instantly turned into an app in Lovable—impressive! Last week, Miro asked me if I would like to test the MCP integration Miro+Lovable myself—as one of ten community members worldwide! Of course, I said yes. In this blog post, I’ll share my journey, my learnings, and, of course, the result: a ski race app. ⛷️
