Online & Offsite Open Trainings in 2026

Our calendar for 2026 is once again packed with in-house workshops and training courses. However, because we know that not every company wants to invest in a custom in-house training (worthwhile for 5 to 10 participants) and many freelancers would like to attend our trainings, we are once again offering a few open training courses this year.

There are two formats on offer:

1️⃣ For advanced users: Data & AI Design Thinking is a practical introduction to our Data & AI Business Design method and the free canvases from the Data & AI Business Design Kit. Interactive exercises will show you how to use our Miro template for a Quick Win Data & AI Workshop to design a data & AI strategy and the next-best solution. Of course, you can use the template as often as you like.

2️⃣ For experts, Data & AI Business Consulting, where we present several Miro templates for designing enterprise and domain-specific data & AI strategies and data & AI products. We also cover workshop facilitation templates and tactics, workflow orchestration tools and techniques, strategy project planning and implementation.

The trainings are aimed at data & AI leaders, experts, and consultants. We offer both training courses in two versions:

🇬🇧 In English online over 4 half-days for an international audience.

🇩🇪 In German as an offsite event in Weilheim (near Munich) over 2 full days (including lunch on both days and a group dinner on the first day).

Discounts are available for groups – and also if you book both training courses. Founders, whether startups or solo entrepreneurs, also receive a starter bonus from us. Freelance consultants in Germany also have the option of applying for KOMPASS funding.
