New Year. New Format. New Winner.

New year, new luck: we are again raffling off one Datentreiber training per month among all community members. That stays the same. What is changing is the format. Curtain up for: 🧑‍🔬 The Design Lab 🎆

The Data & AI Business Design Labs are all about:

🧪 Experimenting with new tools and templates that are ready-, easy- and free-to-use.

🏁 Getting you from data & AI strategy to data & AI systems faster.

🎯 Turning your data & AI use case ideas into valuable data & AI implementations.

🛣️ Guiding you safely from discovery to development to delivery.

🛠️ More practical interaction instead of theoretical information.

⏱️ In a few short, engaging practice hours instead of long, busy seminar days.

💻 Online, interactive and collaborative in Miro (no license is needed).

In each lab, we present a proven workshop facilitation template or workflow orchestration tool from the Data & AI Business Design Bench in a deep dive and with practical exercises.

No boring slides, just energetic vibes.

We start with two Design Labs for our most popular Miroverse templates:

🎯 Lean Data & AI Strategy Workshop: 1️⃣ day workshop format to co-create a strategy that transforms your company into a data-driven, AI-powered organization within 1️⃣ year.

🤖 Multi-Agent System (MAS) Design Workshop: automating business processes with agentic AI—value-oriented, human-centred, data-driven und safeguarded.

(You don’t need to use Miro to benefit from our trainings and templates: all canvas tools demonstrated during the trainings and used for the templates are freely available on our website as PNG and PDF files, licensed under Creative Commons. You can upload them to Mural, Conceptboard or any other digital whiteboarding tool. Or print them as posters.)

To ensure that everyone can participate we offer each Design Lab for two time zones:

🌏 For Asia/Australia: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (SGT)

🌎 For North/South America: from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (CST)

Participants from Europe and Africa can choose:

🌍 Europe/Africa: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CET) or from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (CET)

We will shortly be publishing the first dates in our Luma calendar:

Subscribe to the calendar now so you’ll be the first to know. Because: The number of participants per lab session will be limited to 10 in order to enable maximum interactivity and individuality.

One question remains unanswered: who won?

🥁 drum roll 🥁

The winner is Johann Wimmer. Congratulations! 👏 To make it easier for you to decide which lab you would like to participate in, you are invited to both.

Btw: December winner Herbert Hartung is starting his Data & AI Design Thinking Training next week. 👏
