Blueprint for Data & AI StratOps

What a pleasant surprise: (Project) Blueprints are now available to everyone in Miro! We immediately seized the opportunity and created a Blueprint for Data & AI StratOps, which we made available in the Data & AI Business Design Bench:

The Data & AI StratOps Blueprint consists of three (board) templates:

1. For a Lean Data & AI Strategy Workshop to discover data and AI use cases
2. For one or multiple Data & AI Product Design Sprints to define concrete data and AI products from the use cases
3. For managing Data & AI Innovation (projects) and Transformation (initiatives) to develop and deliver data and AI solutions.

In line with StratOps, the boards are designed so that the strategy is continuously reviewed and adjusted to ensure that business strategy and business operations go hand in hand.

Since the Data & AI StratOps Blueprint won the last Miroverse Challenge, we expect it to be publicly available for free in the Miroverse template directory soon:
