Complete, Correct, Consistent?

Correct? Complete? Consistent?

After conducting several hundred training sessions, workshops, and sprint sessions at Datentreiber over the past ten years (I should have collected proper data 😜), I have developed a few “tactics” as a facilitator. For example, what I call the 3C tactic.

Once we have completely filled out a canvas and before we move on to the next canvas/step/topic, I ask the participants to review the results again and ask themselves:

❓ Is it complete?
❓ Is it correct?
❓ Is it consistent?

Because: I have often seen participants in a workshop come to the realization at a later point in time: That’s not right! Something is missing! It doesn’t fit together!

And then the team has to turn back and retrace part of their steps. That costs time and energy.

That’s why, as with a mountain hike, it’s important to stop every now and then and ask yourself: Are we still on the right track?

Otherwise, you can quickly lose your way. In the mountains, a helicopter will come to your rescue if necessary. In business, there is no rescue.

Therefore: ask the 3C questions!

A Love Story: Miro+Lovable

I saw it for the first time in New York at Miro’s Canvas 25 conference: a Miro board was instantly turned into an app in Lovable—impressive! Last week, Miro asked me if I would like to test the MCP integration Miro+Lovable myself—as one of ten community members worldwide! Of course, I said yes. In this blog post, I’ll share my journey, my learnings, and, of course, the result: a ski race app. ⛷️
