This training is for those who already have foundational data literacy and want to move toward creating real strategies for data & AI—hands-on, collaborative, and method-driven.

✔ Gain skills to drive real innovation and transformation within your organization

This training is structured around the three pillars of Datentreiber’s method:

Business Understanding
Learn to prioritize data & AI initiatives and align them with your business model and maturity.

User Understanding
Apply Design Thinking to identify real problems and design user-accepted solutions.

Data Understanding
Assess your data landscape to define feasible, sustainable analytics & AI solutions.

You’ll alternate between 45-minute lectures and exercises. After the training, you’ll receive a final assignment to reflect and apply what you’ve learned—discussed later in a live online session.
