Strategy Making Gets an AI Boost

You need a strategy for AI. You also need AI for strategy. Whether you call it “Vibe Strategy” or “LLM-Assisted Strategy”—or use it in whichever mode—AI is a powerful tool for strategy development:

“AI can generate and screen thousands of strategic alternatives where a human team might be able to consider a mere handful. It can build and continuously update models of markets, customers, and competitors that are far richer and more dynamic than any static framework.”

However, don’t let AI make your strategic decisions or draft the whole strategy presentation. Use it selectively and purposefully:

  • “Widen your strategic options before narrowing them.
  • Replace static snapshots of your customers, competitors, or forecast with a dynamic model.
  • Design rigorous ways to test and challenge ideas.
  • Redefine the strategist’s role from analyst to architect.”

A Love Story: Miro+Lovable

I saw it for the first time in New York at Miro’s Canvas 25 conference: a Miro board was instantly turned into an app in Lovable—impressive! Last week, Miro asked me if I would like to test the MCP integration Miro+Lovable myself—as one of ten community members worldwide! Of course, I said yes. In this blog post, I’ll share my journey, my learnings, and, of course, the result: a ski race app. ⛷️
