CAS AI Management

This semester, I have the honor and pleasure of giving not one but two lectures at HWZ (Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich) on the AI Management program: October 17: Data & AI Strategy; Friday, November 14: AI Projects Ideation. Although “lecture” isn’t really the right word.

These are interactive and collaborative exercise sessions in which we use the canvas from the Data & AI Business Design Kit and our Miroverse templates to make data & AI strategy as well as AI use case ideation tangible and practical:

There are also regular information events on Certified Advanced Studies (CAS) AI Management, AI Transformation and AI Innovation, and there is also a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) AI Leadership.
