In this hands-on online training, participants learn how to develop robust data and AI strategies, use cases, and solution concepts using the Data & AI Business Design Method. At its core is the systematic integration of Business Understanding, User Understanding, and Data Understanding, ensuring that solutions are evaluated from the perspectives of business viability, user desirability, and technical feasibility.
Through method introductions, real-world use cases, and practical exercises, participants work with the canvas tools of the Data & AI Design Bench. They learn how to identify and prioritize data and AI initiatives, design user-centric analytics and AI solutions, define functional requirements, analyze relevant data assets and data gaps, and derive roadmaps and next implementation steps.
